In addition to allowing people to store their belongings indefinitely, thanks to its store, Flexbox provides you with scotch tape, bubble wrap, and any other useful tools for a move. Preferential rates are attributed to Flexbox customers.

Flexbox is a member of the Swiss Self Storage Association. It respects a strict guideline to ensure the security of customers’ belongings. Flexbox meets the standards of the self storage industry in terms of security, construction and management.

UNLOADING DOCK
Flexbox offers places to load and unload your goods. There is also a loading dock for large trucks. Some unloading areas are protected from rain and weather.
FIRE AND SMOKE DETECTORS
Our storage facilities all benefit from fire and smoke detectors, ensuring that our protocol is activated as quickly and efficiently as possible. Beyond Flexbox staff’s working hours, firefighters can intervene directly if necessary.
CONTROLLED ACCESS
Each customer has a unique and personal access code allowing him to communicate with the various keyboards: open the gates, deactivate its unit’s alarm, call the elevator, rearm the unit. The customer also puts his own padlock on the door of his unit to accentuate security. The owner of the unit is the only person able to control who accesses his unit.
EXTERNAL SURVEILLANCE CCTV
All of our storage facilities are protected by surveillance cameras allowing us to remotely monitor our various warehouses. Our video surveillance system records every move.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Flexbox becomes a ‘One Stop Shop’. We can help you during your transition phase. Our partners can help you with moving, crossing borders between France and Switzerland, moving in Switzerland and in the EU. You can buy storage and wrapping equipments.

SECURE BUILDINGS AND STORAGE UNITS
All our buildings are equipped with surveillance videos. In addition, each box has its alarm which can solely be disarm with the customer’s unique access code. We want to guarantee that your belongings will be perfectly safe with Flexbox.
REFUND OF ANY UNUSED RENT
If you have to return the unit before your departure date, or if you have already paid the next month, Flexbox will reimburse you all unused rent days deducted from the 14 days notice.
FLEXIBLE CONTRACT
We have a minimum 14 days notice and/or a minimum billing of 100F. –
It is also possible to extend or reduce your stay, or to increase or reduce the size of your unit at no extra cost.
FREE ACCESS 24H/7D
Our facility in Vernier/ Meyrin is accessible 24h/7d.
Our facilities in Grand Lancy and Eaux-Vives are accessible from 6am to 10pm everyday.
Our facility in Chêne-Bourg is accessible from 5am to midnight everyday.
INDIVIDUALLY ALARMED UNITS
Each box is equipped with an individual alarm that you can disarm with your access code. Each customer puts their own padlock on its door. We sell them but you can of course bring yours.
