How does it work?

  • If you find a recent and valid offer (less than one month old) from a local provider offering a comparable service, we will gladly adjust our price for you.
  • The competing offer must be communicated in writing or by email, meeting the same security and comfort standards as Flexbox: autonomous access, video surveillance, unit with individual alarm, customer padlock on the unit lock, security patrols, and temperature-controlled premises.
  • The competitor must be located within 10 km of the chosen Flexbox site.
  • Offers from outside the self-storage sector (containers, parking, private garages, traditional and conventional storage, etc.) are not considered.
  • The guarantee applies provided that the corresponding unit is available in the requested size.
  • This discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
  • The adjusted rate via the Flexbox Price Commitment is valid for up to 24 months after signing your contract. This offer may change, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
