We are particularly touched by the work of Peaks4all.org, an association that actively supports the integration of refugees in Switzerland through mountain sports.

Peaks4all.org: Mountains as a vector for integration

Refugees arriving in Switzerland flee fear, persecution, suffering or war. Peaks4all.org offers them a path to integration by involving them in mountain sports activities. We know that sport and physical activity are powerful tools for :

  • Inclusion and human links: building bridges between communities.
  • Post-traumatic stress reduction: providing an outlet and a calming environment.
  • Promoting good health: improving physical and mental well-being.

Peaks4all.org is convinced that regular involvement in sport and training enables refugees to :
